At Caskieben we pride ourselves on our female herd and aim to continuously improve our line of cattle to produce high performance progeny. The female herd is managed and improved by analysing IGS EPD's, calf performance and by visual appraisal.

 

We pay particular attention to udder structure and milking ability, soundness of feet and strength of topline including neck extension.

 

We typically run 100 registered breeders and below is a snapshot of some of the better performing females within the herd.
